Chapter 12. A Father's Love

It's been a long time that my son has been training and on travels to keep the wolves across the world at peace, most of those times the fights nearly made him lost his life. I was glad that his mate was able to help him that one time which Maleficus announced his condition as critical, however it cost him to lost the woman he is supposed to have. His mate who prefers to stay human got her freedom from him. Something which I don't agree, but stubborn as he is. My son did as she wish and he let her go.
"Are you alright my love?"
A question coming from the woman I love as she walk towards me in a graceful manner, I reach out to pull her hand from the couch so that she could sit on my lap. The luxurious sofa could fit six people but I just wanted her close to me.
