Chapter 9 The Old man

"Oooh..nothing girl, was just thinking of how I can help you," the old man quickly responded.

Gabby had a feeling that the man was behaving weirdly.

Gabby remained silent as she waited for the old man to think of a way to help her.

The man looked at his wrist watch realizing it was already eight at night.

That was the time that the foxes were moving around to hunt for prays. He could not allow her to walk alone.

"Gabby, what about you spend a night at my place then I'll help you find your brother tomorrow?"

Gabby thought about it before responding," it's okey Grandpa and hope I won't be bothering you."

Looking at the old man, Gabby was sure that he would not be able to do anything inappropriate to her.

Moreso, her brother Steve had been training her on martial skills and she could defend herself very well.
