(Evelyn's POV)

After listening to the whole story about werewolves and how he saved me from that man. I looked at Alex's eyes which were full of blood. He had some kind of hunger for blood in his eyes the whole time.

“Alex!” I held his hand and he faced me.

“Do you love me?” I asked the question which had been hanging in between us for so long and it was now the time to bring out our hidden desires.

“Before giving the answer… I want to tell you something… Then, you can decide whether you want to be with me…or not”.

He was hesitating before telling me the story but the second I looked at his face I was panicking from inside. The way he was avoiding looking at my eyes or even he moved away from the bed and sat on the chair.

“All this started 10 years ago…” Alex recalled that horrific night and for the first time I saw tears in his eyes.

“So, you mean somewhere in the world is your… soulmate?” I was sad for him after hearing what happened with his parents and how he got a curse. Bu
