Jude POV

“Okay, you need to stop grunting. It’s becoming annoying now,” Julie says as she places the coffee in front of me. I look at her, raising an eyebrow. “Don’t look at me like that. You might look scary to everyone but I am not scared of you,” she says and I sit back in my chair, looking at her. I know she is right. Julie has become one of the people I trust in my life. Well, she literally knows everything about me because she is the one organizing my life.

“I am sorry. I have a party tonight and I am not looking forward to it,” I finally say and she sits on the chair opposite from me crossing her legs.

“Why not? A party sounds like a good idea, will get you out of your comfort zone, and will force you to socialize with other people other than your brothers and those two maniacs you call friends,” she says and I can’t help but chuckle taking a sip of my coffee.
