Chapter 12

Liam’s pov:

I stood frozen in place,my mind racing as my dad's words echoed in my head. "Your real mom is dead." The words repeated over and over again, and I couldn't process them. I felt numb, and I couldn't think straight. "I'm sorry," my dad said, but i couldn't even look at him. All i could see was a blur of emotions, swirling around in my head.

I couldn't wrap my head around what I had just heard. My real mom was dead? And I had been living a lie all this time? I didn't know how to feel. I didn't know what to think. Everything felt like it was spinning out of control, and I couldn't stop it. I wanted to run away, to escape from all of this. But I couldn't move. I was frozen in place, my mind racing.I started to feel the anger erupting in me.

“What’s wrong Liam?”,she asked.
