Kol's P.O.V
I didn't even understand why I sent Katerina off with that guy Stark. But I could tell she missed him, she needed him, and I'd do anything to make her happy again,whether she accepted my recjetion or not. I frowned thinking about it. I needed her.I missed her. I wanted her. I shoke my head feelings regret deep in my stomach.They new eachother, long before I'd even met her. I wasn't sure how I was supposed to take that, but surprisingly, I did it very well. I was trying, trying to show Kat that I could keep my promise and make things better. I was giving her space, to be with other guys, to have a life. Showing her she has freedom, that I love her, and that I want her to be happy and that's all. Katerina's P.O.VI left Ace and Stark to catch up in my room as I waited in the living room for Elijah to get back. I had a brief conversation with Kol when I saw him upstairs, and Iactually liked talking to him. I was never going to forgive him for rejecting me, all I ever wanted from him was acceptance, and now that I no longer felt the pull of him,I was happy just to try friendship out with him. We talked for maybe an hour or so, random things, all positive, no meanness. It was relaxing, and it didn't bother methat we were sort of past the hating stage, and more just in the strongly dislike.
