Chapter 9.1:

"Number 4, Velasco. Serve!"

I tossed the ball and spiked it hard, aiming towards our opponent’s side. Nasambot nila ito at agad na napapunta muli sa amin. My teammate managed to receive it and passed the ball to our setter. Pasimple ko siyang sinenyasan na sa akin papuntahin ang bola at mabilis niya naman itong sinunod. I exhaled deeply before I jumped, just enough to reach the ball and spiked it to the other side. Kasabay ng pito ng referee ay ang sigawan ng lahat dahil sa pagdedeklara ng pagkapanalo.
