Zack had done background check on Maria and had gotten to know the places she often frequented. One of those places was the club downtown, the one where Xavier had met her after his date with Celine had gone wrong.

Zack knew if he were to get to Maria, he had to find her in a secluded area and not only that, he needed her to be sober when he confronted her. That meant he had to meet her before she went inside and got drunk.

The parking lot was a perfect place, Maria had a special spot set aside for her, all Zack had to do was to pretend he was a valet and that way he was able to get through to Maria.

Zack was standing in place of a valet and once Maria pulled up, he watched his steps to make sure he wasn’t facing the cameras directly. Pretending to get her car keys from her, he pulled her close to him and before she could screamed he rendered her unconscious using chloroform which he had previously sprayed in a towel.
