Chapter Sixteen (a night with the alpha)
I bit my lips and I pulled in closer for a kiss. At the verge of giving him a kiss, he pushed me away.
"Nothing can ever exist between us." He said and left my office.
What was that all about?
Well, all I know is that I'm not deleting that post till he comes over by nine.
Trust me when I say to you, I am prepared for the good, the bad and the ugly.
I went back to my seat and resumed working.
After work got over for the day, I drove back home.
I entered the bathroom for a shower.
I took my bath and I wrapped myself with a towel before coming out of the bathroom.
I looked through my wardrobe for the perfect night gown. The kind that will make any male human drool over my body.
My eyes fell on a scarlet coloured nightgown.
I knew right away that that was the perfect one.
It was light and completely transparent.
One that Stark would observe all the curves of my body.

I yawned myself awake after a dime sunlight touched my face.Another morning has arrived. Another day and time for work.The real beginning of my mission. I went back into the dressing room, took off the dress and put on the one I had worn to the mall.I came out and went straight to pay for the gown.I exited the mall and entered my car. I put the dress right on top of the seat next to me in the car.With all the happiness, I left the mall premises.All the way home, while I was driving, I could only think of Stark's reaction when he would see me in that dress.Or what his facial expression would be once he set eyes one me as I approach him.The gown even let my curves shine.I reached home and I parked my car. I reached my house and I parked my car carelessly. I got out and then slammed the car shut before locking it.I walked furiously towards my house and I almost tripped on something.
