Chapter seventeen

I left work a tad bit early hoping I could see David before we leave tonight. I messaged him on my way out of the office. 

Hey babe got out of work early was on slow side be home in ten can't wait to see you

Hey babe I am running a few errands I will be there in half an hour

David 

I headed home to wait for him, on my way I decided to pick up some pizza not really sure if we will be eating out tonight or not but at least this way Dad will not have to worry about cooking supper. When I arrived home David was just pulling in. 

"Hi babe" he said as he got out of the car. "Let me get the door for you. Where are your keys?" 

"Top of my purse" I replied. 

"Smells good, I didn't know you were getting supper." He responded. 

"I wasn't going to but this way we could spend a little more time together before we leave. " 

"Why
