The sharp claws of the black wolf dug into my chest, and I lost my balance and fell to the floor, decently kissing my head. Michael's beast was on top of me and only when he saw his own paws in my blood did he transform back.

- What are you doing? the man yelled. My ears are stuffed up. Why did you change form?

Don't tell the truth? I looked down at the blood on my chest, remembering that I had no regeneration. Damn, this could have left a scar. But better with a scar than under a wolf! It seems that Mikhail himself did not expect that he could seriously injure me.
