Arianne's pov

“Miss Miller come to my office!” I heard his voice over the intercom. I quickly leave my post and went to his office.

“Sir?” I said as he motioned me to have a seat.

“I’m afraid we’re going to our main headquarters for a couple of weeks or maybe a month or two. Starting on Monday, the renovation of this building will gonna start. So start informing all the department heads that we’ll gonna do our work in the main office.” I just nodded and write down his order.

I feel very exhausted already from all those orders he kept on barking and most of all, the way he acts in front of me is so confusing.

Like one minute he's this bossy, arrogant and very demanding CEO then next thing he will look at me as if assessing every shred of my existence.

There are times that I just want to leave this situation by resigning but I love my job, in HR, and not being his assistant.
