**Lily's POV**

I woke up in a panic as soon as Alpha left my room. My body was trembling when he touched his cold hands to my face to caress me. I thought he would discover that I was awake, but thankfully, he merely assumed I was cold and covered me with the blanket before closing the windows.

I sat on the bed, confused. Furthermore, I was certain this wasn't the first time he had come into my room while I was asleep. But I couldn't understand why he was behaving kindly now, considering he had locked me in my room the entire day without food or water.

"Who is the person he dreamed about? And why did he say I look like her?" I thought suspiciously.

I glanced at the clock; it was two in the morning. No matter how hard I tried to sleep, those thoughts continued to invade my mind. Who was Damon Blackwood? What was the Blood Moon Pack, and who was the woman the Alpha dreamt about?

I knew that if I brought up the topic, he might simply lose control. Still, I needed to discover the truth.

I
