I was about to open the door when I heard Luna cry out in pain. My heart raced as I hesitated, unsure of what I would find on the other side of that door.

I opened the door slowly, my hands trembling with fear, only to see Luna shouting in her sleep and thrashing around in her bed.

Relief flooded through me as I realized she was just having a nightmare. I gently woke her up, comforting her until she calmed down.

"Luna..." I called her name softly. "It's okay, you're safe now." Luna's eyes fluttered open, filled with tears, and she clung to me tightly as she whispered, "I thought I was back there."

Luna wrapped her arms around me, hugging me tightly as if she never wanted to let go. I held her close, grateful that she was safe and sound in my arms.

"Shhh, did you have a nightmare?"

"It's okay, Luna. You're here with me now," I reassured her, gently stroking her hair as she nodded against my chest. Luna's breathing began to slow down, her grip on me loosening as she started to r
