Chapter 34

TITANINC WAS DIALLING someone on the phone with someone as he dragged his fatass out of his rolling chair towards the fridge for some snacks. He wandered alone at the food cooler box to gnaw on something while talking.

When the call connected, “Yellow,” he said.

“What is it?” the person on the other side of the line had that voice modulator that made their speaking voice garbled as if it’s gargling. The static of the tweaked larynx-generated wind force was missing its proper enunciation, but it was still comprehensible. The low-bass joe setting was a bit reprehensible, though.

“First of all, how are you?” Titanic greeted.

“Get straight to the point, Fat.” The boss meant business.

“Wow, what a snobby muffin.” Titanic bit a portion of the blueberry muffin he found on the fridge then swallowed before talking again. “But I guess that’s not something new.”

“What is it?”

Titanic paused for a while. “It’s about Willow.”
