CHAPTER 21
MARIAH
The days became monotnous and repetitive as the King prepared for the official announcement of his engagement to the Princess, Jessabelle. After previous encounter with the Princess our paths never crossed again, mostly due to the fact that I now chose to reside in the comfort of either my room or the Kings... but that does not mean that I don't feel her heated and hateful glare from across the table every dinner time, as if I had done something to offend her.
Lylah had been sent away to her boarding school, where she would stay for a short 2 weeks before coming back to the castle to continue with her private studies. I was not sure why the King had sent her away in the first place but she was more than happy ot get out of the castle for a little while, but only after making me promise to keep her kitten, Winter, safe.
As if Lylah being gone was not bad enough, I found out a few
TamaraFrom now on, I only update once a month. I'm sorry, but I genuinely hate writing on this site. Out of nowhere my update will just completely disappear and I have to write the entire chapter again. It's very frustrating and makes me lose all interest in the book. π

Chapter 23________Third povIt felt like she was floating, floating amidst the clouds on a peaceful and colourful day. She felt so happy. She looked around her and saw nothing but the blue of the sky and the white of the fluffy balls around her. She was in the sky.
