Attraction

Justin went to the cafeteria with his mind still on a hazy state. He looked around, trying to find the only friend he has gotten himself so far.

He texted Boby to meet up at the cafeteria, wanting to have someone listen to his frustrations. He also wants to ask Boby if he could help him out with his relocation.

"Justin!"

The brunet turned to the direction of the voice and found Boby waiving his hand at him. He instantly smiled as he walks near his friend, disregarding the looks and whispers he heard as he passed by a group of employees on a nearby table.

"What do you want to tell me?" Boby eagerly asked even before Justin could sit on the empty spot opposite to him.

Justin moved his head near Boby's, the latter doing the same as he listens to what the brunet has to say.

"I'm going crazy." Justin whispered, his head moving around to scan the whole place, making sure that no one hears him.5

Boby's grin turned into a scowl. "That's it? That's what you asked me here for?" He rolled his eyes in disappointment. He was hoping to hear hot gossip from the brunet, but it turned out to be uninteresting.

"Will you listen first, bitch." Justin bickered back, cautiously leaning his head back again to Boby.

"It's about the boss." He said in a whisper.

Boby's face turned into a huge grin. "Now we're talking." He said, lending his ears.19

Justin cleared his throat as images of what happened earlier flashed back on his mind.

He shivered, feeling all too hot at the thought that the boss, Ray, is flirting with him.

Is he really?

Or he's just assuming things?

Justin suddenly felt uncomfortable and unsure. He opened his mouth to continue, but closed it again after a while.

"uhm..okay...will you help me out with my things?" He blurted out instead.

"What?" Boby asked, confusion written all over his face. "What about the boss you're about to say earlier?" He continues to pry.

Justin shrugs his shoulders. "That's it. The boss wants to move my cubicle inside his office so he can easily boss me around." He answered, looking anywhere but Boby.

He really wants to tell Boby about what happened earlier, but now, as he thinks about it, he's not so sure.

What if he's just fantasizing that Ray is flirting with him. He doesn't want to look desperate to Boby.

He doesn't want the only friend he has to think he's delusional.

"So, will you help me out?" Justin batted his eyes, trying to act cute.

Boby rolled his eyes. "Whatever, Justin. You owe me one." He ruffles Justin's brunette locks, giggling at his scowling face.

"Stop it." Justin pouted as he tried fixing his dishevelled hair.

He was busy setting his hair up when Boby stood, his eyes fixated on the door with his smile so wide.

"Jinni !"

Boby called out, making Justin turn his head at the direction he's looking at.

He saw a tall man with blonde locks walking towards their direction. Justin could only think of a word that would best describe the man as he neared their table.

Handsome.

"Boby." Jinni tapped the smaller male on his shoulder, smiling so wide at him.

Boby turned his attention to Justin before bringing it back to Jinni. "Bro, this is Justin, secretary of the CEO. Justin, this is Jinni-bro from the accounting department."

The brunet stood, offering his hand to the taller male who smiled widely at him before shaking his hand.

"Nice to meet you, Justin. Boby had been telling me about you being his new friend."

Justin laughed at this. "I hope he's not saying bad things about me." He said, earning a pinch on the side from Boby.

"Bitch. He knows how sassy you are." Boby answered, eyes turning into crescents as he smiles.

"Well that's true." Justin smirked.

The three males easily got close to each other as they sat back on the chair. They talked for a few more minutes, making their break time worthwhile before Justin decided to go back to his working station.
"Jinni-bro, I'll be helping Justin out with his things. You go ahead without me." Boby muttered.

"Help him with what?" Jinni inquired.

Justin told him Ray's instruction. He didn't expect Jinni to also come and help him out.

The three went up to the top floor, talking about a lot of things as they finally arrived in front of the CEO's room.

The brunet knocked a couple of times before opening the door, revealing Ray still with his friend Christian.

"Sir, excuse my interruption." He mumbles, not making eye contact. He opened the door, allowing the two males to enter.

Ray just throws them a glance before looking back on the files in hand.

Christian smiled at them, his cute dimples showing.

"You have good looking staff here, Ray."

Justin heard Christian said as the three of them are busy setting up his working station.

"Whatever." Ray boredly answered.

Justin rolled his eyes at the latter's tone. He doesn't know how such a rude man could get a friend like Christian, his total opposite.

The brunet decided to shrug the idea and focus on the task at hand. Setting up his new cubicle doesn't take much time with the three of them busy working out together.

They are almost done when he saw Jinni lift a huge box full of his things. He steps forward to help, only to be halted when Christian came to his side.

"Let me help you with that." Christian offered, taking the box away from Jinni, still with his cute smile.

Justin saw how Jinni just shrugs his shoulders, letting the taller male take the box and place it on top of the table.

Justin couldn't help but smile at how cute the two look together just standing side by side.

"Is that all?" Christian asked, eyes focused on Jinni who looked away with his ears turning red.

"Yes. Thanks, sir." Justin answered instead, smiling thankfully at Christian who just smiled back.

The brunet turned his attention to his friends, before dragging them out of the room.

Once out, he hugged both of them, feeling so thankful for the help they have given him.

"Thank you guys. I can't believe you would really help me out." He gave the two a quick peck on the cheeks.

"Eeww. Gross." Boby joked, playfully wiping his hand on his cheek with a disgusted look on his face. Jinni, on the other hand, just laughed at the two who start bickering again.

"We better get going now, Justin." Jinni said, holding Boby on his arm.

The brunet nodded his head, smiling brightly at the two. "Thanks again, bros."

The two waved back as they head to the elevator.

Justin quickly went back inside the CEO's office, not giving the two males inside any glance.

He quietly settled on his seat, adjusting the monitor in such a way that his view from the CEO's table will be blocked.

The brunet tried his best not to listen to the conversation, making himself busy.

He really tried, but their voices are really audible from where he's sitting.

"By the way, I visited your father earlier with beau and calix." Christian said, voice sounding casual.

Justin waited for the response from Ray but heard none. He carefully lifted his gaze, peeking over the monitor to see the two.

Ray has his eyes still settled on the files as if he did not hear anything while Christian swirls his phone in his hand.

There was a moment of silence before Christian speaks again. "Don't you think it's time to settle things between the two of you? Make amends?"

"Not the right moment to talk about that, Christian." Ray responded, his voice firm and low.

He lifted his gaze and Justin held his breath when Ray stared at him with sharp eyes.

Busted.

Justin lowered his head so fast, his forehead bumped on the edge of the monitor, making a loud banging sound.

"o-ouch." He whimpered in pain, feeling up his forehead with his right hand. He bit his lower lip, trying to suppress the bad words wanting to come out of his mouth.

"That's what you get from eavesdropping." Ray retorted, grinning at his direction.
Justin felt his cheeks burn in embarrassment when Christian laughed.

"Cute." Christian said before deciding to stand. "I'll be heading out now, Ray. I still have a lot of things to do in the studio."

"Yeah. Bye." Ray boredly replied, before going back to his work.

Christian passed by Justin, smiling and saying goodbye before going out of the room.

The brunet kept on caressing his forehead when reality hits him.

They are alone.

Him and Ray are now alone.

Oh God.

Justin felt a lump on his throat as his heart starts to beat like crazy. He doesn't know why but he's feeling tensed all of a sudden.

His mind starts to think of unholy things that he almost cursed himself.

What the hell.

Pull yourself together, bitch.

He was so engrossed on his own world that he didn't hear Ray calling him out.

He was only snapped out of trance when Ray called him with a bang on the table.

"Secretary justin!"

The brunet flinched as he hurriedly stood.

"Y-yes sir?" He squeaked, feeling the intense eyes of the ravenette on his.

"You really are deaf." Ray grunted, dropping the files on the table. "I said, call Mr. sumit and cancel the meeting today. Tell him I'll meet him over dinner tomorrow."

Justin nodded his head. He immediately dialed the number and cancelled the meeting politely.

As soon as he puts the phone back on the cradle, Ray called him out again. This time, to bring the documents that they received from the sumit Enterprise.

Justin fumbled on the documents on his table, before rushing over the side of Ray.

He handed the papers but the clip that holds it together slides down, making some of the papers fall on the floor.

Justin gasped, immediately putting the remaining papers on the table before ducking down to get those that fell on the floor.

He heard Ray grunt in annoyance, swivelling the chair to his direction.

Justin was able to pick up all the papers. He looked up, aiming to stand but was halted when he came face to face with Ray's crotch as he sat only a few meters away from him.

The brunet gasped, backing away a little. He felt his body heat up as he stared at that particular area.

"Secretary justin." Ray called out.

"Y-yes sir." He mumbles, not tearing his eyes on that bulge.

"My face is up here."

Justin felt his body turn cold, realizing that he's been ogling at the CEO's crotch like a hypnotised bitch.

He quickly stood, knees a little wobbly as he looked down, not wanting to make eye contact.

"You're really something, aren't you?" Ray muttered in a teasing note that made Justin's cheeks even redder than that of a tomato.

"W-what?" He stuttered, still looking down on the floor.

Ray smirked. "Is there something more interesting to look at down there... than up here?"21

This guy!

Justin is so embarrassed. He tried to look at the man's eyes, but instantly regretted, seeing the playful smile on his lips.

The brunet felt his body burn as Ray deliberately checks him out, his eyes traveling up and down his body with that playful smile still plastered on his lips.

Justin felt out of breath, wishing for the floor to eat him up. He wants to vanish into thin air from too much embarrassment.

As if on cue the phone on his table rings.

"A call!" He squeaked, putting the papers he picked on top of Ray's table.

The brunet hurriedly turned his back to get the phone, too thankful to whoever called in that moment.

He answered the call with his back facing the CEO's table. He took his time answering, trying his best to recover from the humiliation he sets himself into.

After the call ended, Justin throws a glance over Ray who's back to being busy. He sighed, feeling the relief wash over him.

Justin sat back on his chair, his heart still beating out of his chest. He typed down on the keyboard, his mind not really functioning well as he just keeps on pressing the keys without thought.

He was so lost that when he gazed at the monitor, his eyes turned wide as a saucer. He quickly pressed on the delete button as his heart continues to dribble inside his chest.

He couldn't believe that he had typed those words. It's now officially true that he's becoming crazy by the minute.

Justin doesn't know how long will he keep on being sane with this dangerous man around.

He remembered what he typed and his face turned even redder.

Fuck me Ray.
