That's what Grace thought when she found Aaron, her mate, She thought now everything will be fine, now the emptiness in her heart will be gone, now she will also experience the feeling of a mate.

When they love you wholeheartedly, they will give you attention or want yours, they will go for dates and have fun, get to know each other and all that clićhe things she dreamed of doing.

But.....

Why does it feel empty then? Why she doesn't feel anything, where is the love, the dates and all that she's been dreaming for.

Why Aaron doesn't even look at her properly, why he avoids her the day he claims her as his mate, why he doesn't love her or even smile at her. Why she's so close but so far away from him.

Why he's so distant even after their two years of marriage.

Yes, they married. Aaron asked her to marry him because he already marked her and doesn't have any choice, right he said that.

He said he was not in his right mind, the bond was controlling him, he doesn't even want a fucking mate to burden him, right burden!!.

That's what she is for Aaron. A burden to him, he said he wants to reject his mate the day he will meet her, but because of the bond between them he couldn't control himself, and he claimed her, he can't reject his mate.

Grace doesn't know if she feels happy or sad.

she's not even here for him for his first heat, yes after finding their mate the girl went to their heat, the very first and the most painful one. Where the female mate wants her other half at all cost, they want to mate with them, need their love that time.

She went on the heat every once in a year, and that was a hard time for her. She is very emotional in her heart, she became more sensitive in her heart, and it's the duty of male to court them, make them feel good and love them. Make them feel wanted and cherish them. Handle them with love and adoration.

But Aaron wasn't there; he was in his meeting at the office, and when Grace called him, he ignored it and switched off his phone when Grace continuously disturbs him.

He didn't even come home that night. He was working in his office all night because of the big project that was coming, he forgot about the girl and ignored his mate bond. He was not a fool he knows Grace is in the heat, but he doesn't want to do anything with her,

The Girl Luthor whole night asking for her mate, crying in pain and agony, heartbroken that her mate didn't come to pleasure her, she feels unloved and unwanted, she feels like her other half abandoned her, she feels she's not enough for her to make love.

The girl became insecure that night, and that was the just a start of this hell.

Two years the girl felt the agony, she did everything to make him happy, Grace tried every time to make their relationship better. She tried to talk to him even if he didn't answer her talks, but he listened. She made delicious foods for him and wore clothes of his liking.

She waits for him every night to come home to assure her that he's safe and came home. She waits for him at the dinner, sometimes Aaron comes late from office, but she still waits for him at the dinner not eating a bit even when she's so hungry. She sleeps at the sofa waiting for Aaron, and when he comes, he tells her, why she waits for him he didn't tell her to wait.

But Grace just smile she loves waiting for him, this is the only time they are together with each other, she gets every opportunity to spend time with him, the girl is craving for her attention and love, she cried every night to sleep because she wants to feel her mate strong arms around her, she wants to feel protected.

But his Aaron is far away from her even in her sleep, he sleeps at the corner of the bed so he can't touch her.

She became too heartbroken, too hurt and weak without her mate. He stopped talking to Grace and cut every link so Grace couldn't reach him, she was the most sensitive one and not having her mate in heat, she became weak, and her scent became depressed.

She fully believed that her mate hates her and disgusted with her, she feels ugly and undesirable. She hides and never links to talk to her. But she can feel herself crying in despair, and for Aaron's love, she's upset, but she's still waiting for her Mate little attention and love, she is sensitive.

Grace, will she wait for Aaron love even longer?

Next day

Grace was in pain, she was breathing heavily and trying to calm herself down, she was in heat again, and she knew Aaron's not coming, but she wants Aaron, and she will get him at any cost.

The girl trumble and called her mate,she made herself vulnerable in front of her mate, she cried in agony and pain, she begged for his mercy and love. She knows  Mate can take everything but not their girl tears and pain and mate bond. They become protective instinctively and do everything to take their pain and tears away.

So that's why Aaron's Loss of all the control on himself forcefully took self-control and came to Grace. He was devastated hearing her cries in agony and just wants to take that away at any cost, and he'll not let his stubborn self make his Grace feel unloved.

He came home and barged in their bedroom where he saw his Mate littering and crying in pain. He growls in grief, seeing her like this.

Sensing her mate's bond grace seductively called her mate and there went their night.
