Chapter IV

"Hey, Eustone! Want to go check out a new hangout place, today?" Hades invited. The guy seemed excited but Eustone has got some other plan in mind.

"Sorry bro, I can't today," he refused and head out of their classroom.

"He's kind of weird trying to make friends with a bitch, huh?" Arya like a mistress of evil asked Hades.

Hades' features darkened. There had been nothing like this that happened except for this Eustone. He scoffed and plastered a smirk. "We'll let him be. He just needs to learn it the hard way."

After saying that Hades left with the rest of the guys while Arya stayed thinking. She'd bet Eustone won't ever leave Sasha, Arya could see that. But if she does something then it might make everything go back to normal. Thinking about it made her smirk.

"Hey there, Braun!" Eustone greeted Sasha the moment he saw her stepped outside of her classroom. He has been waiting beside the door for her to come out.

Sasha only looked at him for seconds and then left. Eustone frowned, confused at the sudden Sasha square one. He catches up to her.

"Is something wrong?" He asked her.

She looked at him and sighed. "Just because I let you help me yesterday doesn't mean it's a free ticket to come talk to me anytime you want."

It blew him off. Okay! He assumed they would be fine but would you look at that! "I'm being nice," he scorned.

They stared at each other for a while until Sasha started to walk away. Eustone let out a heavy sigh but then grinned after thinking he should go after her.

Sasha was almost at the gate when she heard her last name being called out loud.

"Braun! Hey Braun!"

It made her look back with her brows furrowed. It wasn't just her that was looking at Eustone but all the other students. He was running his way to her and she was already glaring.

Eustone was still catching his breath in front of her when she decided to start walking again. He instantly took her hand for her not to go.

"People are watching," she muttered.

"Does that ruin your reputation?" he asked with a smile.

"Let go of me," she commanded, looking everywhere.

"No. I want to be friends with you."

"Let-go-of-me!"

You can hear the warning bells in her yell but then Eustone decided to be deaf and not mind her dirty stares. He shook his head side to side with an irritating smirk.

"I'm not letting go."

Without further ado, Sasha kicked his balls that made him let go and you know what he did. He was trying hard not to scream but groaned in pain. Everyone who saw them dropped their jaws.

"Tch, I hope you learned mister new guy," she muttered, not even regretting what she did.

After throwing Eustone one last look, she walked away from him and the crowd. She warned him but he didn't listen. That will make him think twice about befriending me, she thought.

About an hour after getting kicked in the nuts, Eustone finally felt okay again. That was one thing he'd never expect that Sasha would do to him. It was so painful that he got on his knees. People around them even saw that.

"What the hell was that bitch's problem?" Arya mumbled, upset at what Sasha did to Eustone. She had seen the scene and rush to help him.

"It's no big deal though. It was actually my fault for holding her hand," Eustone uttered and got up from their school clinic's bed. He felt sick by that kick.

Arya frowned hearing what he said. "No! There's no way that it's your fault! She didn't have to kick you!"

"She wouldn't if I didn't annoy her," Eustone said laughing.

Arya scorned at the way Eustone was thinking. She can't believe this guy would just allow Sasha to get off the hook! If he can, well she can't!

After settling that Eustone was finally okay, him and Arya decided to walk home together. She was happy with all the attention the crowd has given them. It was the perfect opportunity to put the spotlight on her.

"So, I'll see you tomorrow, " Eustone smiled at her when they were in front of her house.

"Yeah, sure. Take care," she uttered and turn her back.

On Eustone's way home, he can't help but grin thinking about Sasha and what she did earlier. He chuckled at how funny he must've looked like to her. Now, she just got better and better, he thought to himself.

"Yuki, you're not supposed to steal oranges like that," he heard a middle-aged woman talking to her child. "We don't have money right now but we'll buy some, some other time."

The kid looked sad and all grumpy as the mother apologizes to the store owner. Suddenly, Eustone felt the urge to buy the kid some oranges. After the two strangers left, he went to the shop and bought some oranges and apples. Then he went to chase them.

"Excuse me," he approached.

"Yes?" The mother of the kid turned, her face looked confused.

"I wanted to give the oranges to the kid... well with apples."

The woman looked closely at him and then smiled. "Thank you, young man," she said, taking the bag full of apples and oranges.

"You're welcome," he replied and look down at the kid. "Next time be a good boy, okay?"

"Uh-huh," the little kid nodded while smiling at him.

He messed up the little kid's hair and was about to leave when the woman spoke. "Would you like to have dinner with us? It's not fancy but... well, I'm going to cook for my kids today and just to thank you."

Since Eustone doesn't really have anything to do he said yes. He took some of what the woman had bought. It was late but he also introduced himself not to be rude to the. Along the way, the kid had become talkative and they talk about stuff.

"Really? You like Ghibli movies? Me too," he told the kid, Yuki.

"Yes, but we don't have a Television nor a DVD player but I watch at my friend's house sometimes."

"You'll get one someday," Eustone smiled. This was his nature, to help good people in need of something he doesn't need.

"That's what my sister said," the little kid said, grinning at him. "Her name is Sasha and she's very tough."

That very moment when Yuki mentioned that name made him froze. It can't be the same Sasha who kicked his balls. It just can't be!
