Chapter 29: The Bully (Part-9)

Five years ago, after the Horton was defeated by the Vaillant pack, Wade Horton was sitting next to his sister on her bed, begging her not to leave, “Please, Wendy, don't go!”

It was almost sunset, but the sun shone brightly entering Wendy Horton’s bedroom, filling it with a crimson light.   

“I’ll be back, don't worry, Wade…” the 20 years old girl soothed her little brother to stop worrying.

The fourteen years old boy then stared at his sister seriously, “promised?”

Wendy Horton didn't reply to him; she just smiled and then nodded.  

Her little brother took her sign as a yes, so he was relieved.

Wendy rose from her bed and told Wade one thing before she’s gone, “you’ll become a strong alpha Wade, I can see that…” she paus
