Freya Rose
I must have fallen asleep because when I opened my eyes, I was tucked up in Finnley's bed. I didn't know how long I had been asleep, but it must have been at least a few hours, because the sun was shining beautifully through the sides of the drapes. It lit the room enough for me to see but wasn't overpowering. I stretched and rubbed my sore eyes, all that crying had them feeling like I'd cleaned them with razor blades. I gradually sat up and listened to see if I could hear anything. But I couldn't, the cabin was silent. I got out of bed and made my way towards the bathroom. Once in the bathroom, I had a pee and washed my hands and face. I took my hair out and let it fall down my back in soft waves. I then stood there for a while with my hands on the sink, just staring at my reflection.
I was completely heartbroken, and in all honesty, all I wanted to do was curl up in bed and hide away from the world
Freya RoseWe pulled up into the Edmonton mall parking lot, and I was so excited to see Cass and Tyler again. It had been way too long. As I got out of the car I looked up into the sky and far off in the distance I saw that the sky was dark and stormy. I stared at it for a second and I'm sure I saw green lightning. I shrugged it off as lack of sleep and then turned around to wait for the rest of the pack to join me. I stood there in awe as the twins walked over towards me. I hadn't really just stood an admired them, but they were definitely a sight to behold.Traian was wearing a black pair of jeans with a white short-sleeved shirt that clung to his large arms. His raven black hair was lightly swept back, and even his walk commanded respect. His golden-brown eyes didn't leave mine as he came towards me, and the closer he got the wider his smile grew, showing off his perfectly straight white teeth. I looked over to Mar
Freya RoseThere was no denying that Tristan felt Selene's power, I was pretty much immune to it now, but when she turned it on, she had wolves falling at her feet. And that is exactly what Elsa, Tyler and Cassie did. I looked around and even saw a few of the crowd kneel down on the floor. I hadn't bothered to find out if more wolves were here, but now I knew they were.“I'm sorry Goddess, I... Please forgive me,” Tristan replied.Marik laughed, so I dug my claws into his hip even more. I could feel blood running down his skin, so I quickly pulled my hand away slightly. He raised his eyebrow at me and then grabbed a hold of my hand through his t-shirt and shoved it back down, shoving my claws deeper into his skin. He sucked in some air with pleasure and I couldn't do anything apart from worry about what he had in store for me later. He winked at me and then addressed his mother,&
Freya RoseI walked into the restaurant and saw my pack all sat around a huge table. They were all messing around, and being quite loud, but as soon as I walked in, I saw a few of them sniff the air. Marik began to howl, followed by Odin and Cody. Jax went to join in, but his sister quickly punched him in the arm. Finnley shook his head, he had very good control over his wolf now, and by the look on his face, he found it all a little too much to deal with.I heard a young waitress gasp as her manager told her to go over to the table and ask them to be quiet. I turned to watch her, she was only a slight thing, with blond frizzy hair, that she wore in a ponytail. She had on a pair of oversized glasses that kept slipping down her nose, and she must have only been around 18 years old. I could hear her heart beginning to pound as she nervously looked over to the table where my pack sat. She inhaled a deep breath as s
Freya RoseMy party was now in full swing, the pack were drinking, and the mood was electric. The guys were roughhousing, just acting the fools like usual, and the girls were dancing around to the music. The pack had welcomed Cassie and Tyler in with open arms, and I smiled as Cass waved at me from the group of dancing girls. I waved back with a soft smile, and she ushered with her hand for me to join them. I politely declined with a slight shake of my head, she shrugged in reply, and then carried on busting a move. I picked up a bottle of some summer fruit cider that was sitting on the dining table, and then headed outside.I was going to make my way over to the loungers but as I walked outside Traian asked,“Hey little Rose, are you ok?”I turned to face him, he was all dressed up in a black shirt, but the collar was gray, and he had
Mason HartIt was late, and Cora had set me up in the guest room. Evan was taking a nap in his bedroom, and I tried to fall asleep, but my head wouldn't shut off. I was wondering what Freya was doing. Had she been turned yet? Fuck, I didn't really care about that, the main thing I cared about was, had she mated the twins yet? The thought of their filthy hands all over my Fianna made me sick. It took all the strength in me not to fly back there and demand that she leave with me. But, I knew she wouldn't even talk to me, why would she after I called her a monster. I didn't mean it; I was just so hurt with what she was saying. I could never hate her; I love her with every fiber of my being.I exhaled heavily as I laid on the bed staring up at the ceiling. I heard the doorbell downstairs and decided to listen in, it had to be somebody interesting calling around at this time of night. I sat up on the bed and then as gently
Mason HartI stared into my cousin's soulless eyes, and wondered how we'd gotten to this point. When I finally found my Fianna I thought my life would be complete. Years of searching for her, I had built up a fantasy in my mind and this definitely isn't it. Don't get me wrong I love Freya more than words could describe, but nothing could've prepared me for the loss and heartbreak that she has brought along with her. I know that it isn't her fault, but I don't understand how one sweet and perfect girl can have so much tragedy and pain following her around.Watching my cousin trying to fight his new natural instincts, that are screaming at him to rip me apart, and bleed me dry, makes me wonder if my happiness is really all that worth it? All I ever wanted growing up, was to find my Fianna, start a family and live happily ever after. Cliché I know, but when I found Freya, she was beyond what I'd hoped for.
Mason HartEvan and I sat there in silence for what seemed like hours. I had drunk three glasses of whisky in however long we'd sat there, and Evan was still nursing the same glass. He was just sitting there with his elbows on the table while he held his glass. He was staring off into space, with the occasional tear escaping his eyes and trailing down his already soaked cheeks.I had tried to speak to him, but he hissed at me, so I just left him to his thoughts. I couldn't imagine what he was going through. I knew that a part of me blamed Freya for being the cause of all of this, but I still wished that she was here. She was probably the only person that could relate to Evan and help him through all of this. Well, other than Finnley, but I didn’t have a clue where he was, right now.I knew that Kali had him in the back of her van, but I didn't know if she was on her way to my mom's house to get Frey
Mason HartI sat back onto the woodland floor and sighed, as I tried to piece together what had just happened. I never thought that I would feel sorry for Selene, but I did. I could understand a little now, as to why she ended up so twisted and crazy. I hoped that she was ok, as I began to stand up from the dirt. I brushed off the dirt and leaves from my ass, and as I did, I heard a high-pitched ascension screech, and I immediately took off running back towards the cabin. I ran as fast as I could, then ascended so that I could get to the cabin even quicker.I eventually got to the cabin and walked up the steps to the porch. I entered the cabin cautiously, and it was eerily quiet as I crept up to the dining-room door. I took in a deep breath and then burst through the door. I was ready for a fight, but no one was there, all that laid before me was broken furniture and smashed whisky glasses.“Evan?”
