CHAPTER FOURTEEN

5 years later

She watched through her window as his black Mercedes Benz drove out of their gate. She didn't intended to reject him but what could she do?   She drew the curtain and sighed slipping down to the floor as a lone tear escaped her eyes.

Flashback....

"Hello ina wuni." She said sitting down on the chairs in the balcony.

"Lafiya sis yakike da kowa da kowa?"

"Alhamdulillah hope everyone is fine too."

"They are masha Allah." They was an awkward silence before he spoke. "Have you thought about it?"

She kept mute and then said. "I still need time musty it's not easy you know."

"Yes I know sis it's hard but it has been a month. I call you almost four times in a week and all I hear from you is that you need time.
