13th March 1965

“Good morning”, Sam came in to join Murphy on breakfast, “how was the night? Got to sleep well?”

He made a place for himself next to her on the table, meanwhile, Nanny was getting toasts done and serving them freshly.

“Morning. . . A restful one it was”, she smiled back and said shortly.

She thought about the dream that she had last night, but she couldn’t remember it clearly like she used to remember the other one she had.

She could recall a vague picture of an injured man and someone talking to him about serious issues, she tried harder to recall the dream, but she couldn’t, it was a diffuse though that kept her mind occupied as she tried to remember it, it was too unclear for her make any sense out of it.

“Murph?. . .”, Sam interrupted, “you are playing with your food and haven’t tasted it yet. . . You are lost somewhere. . .Everything is fine?”

Murphy was suddenly pulled back from her deep dive into her thoughts, and she realized that she was playing with her omelet, while Sam look
