“Killing my brother doesn’t count, Freya. That son of a bitch deserved it,” Sam replied as he walked away from me and into the penthouse. He slumped down onto the couch as I followed him in. “I’ve killed so many people to protect myself and my secrets. I think that’s why I put up with Kali for so long.
