The sound of gunshots slowly died down while I sobbed sitting on the floor. I felt distraught, confused but most of all scared.
The reality of me being all alone struck me like a thunderous lightning, their was no one who I could call mine or run to crying my heart out.
Alessandro was someone I thought was mine forever but after this encounter I am doubting it.
For the first time I can't keep strong, for the first time since I came here I am unable to keep the promise that I made to myself on my wedding day. I promised myself that I will be strong.
I was always strong from the beginning but right now I don't know what to fight for? I don't know what the truth is? I just feel tired and confused.
