I searched for Marie to no avail. I needed to tell her about Nicole, Nicole had been sincere with me in her explanation and I knew it was the truth. Whatever scheme Marie had George on, it needs to be aborted right away. I sighed in defeat. The school compound was nearly devoid of students. I scanned the area for any jot of blond hair around but I saw none.
