Purple stirred in her sleep. The blanket draped over her petite body was so comfortable that the very thought of separating with it made the Girl grunt in annoyance. The sun had already risen in the sky, the village was fully awake, and the Alphas had left for the hunt. Purple was not a lazy Girl; she just loved her sleep. Waking up early in the morning was never her cup of tea. Even though the Girl's eyes were closed, she was fully awake.
Yesterday was still fresh in her mind. She remembers how she and Vance had spent time on the balcony, merely looking up at the stars and enjoying the night view. It felt so domestic; the Girl's heart swelled when Vance had unconsciously caressed her belly when they discussed pups.
