Chapter 46

I jerked from the couch where I fell asleep without my knowledge and the book, I was holding in my hand landed on the floor three feet away from me. For a second everything went blank.

The heartbeat in my rib cage raised heavily as it had attended a 10 km marathon. Oh god!! It was a horrible dream that I never ever had in my entire life neither did I wish.

How awful that was!!!

I stared at the floor where he had laid in the pool of his own blood in my dream with so much emotion flooding through my heart.

It felt real. I wiped the sweat on my forehead using the hem of my shirt and walked towards the kitchen to get a glass of water to let go of my anxiety.
