Ch 8 BE LIKE STUPID & INNOCENT.

" WHAT? ?? WH- WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY? " Sannu 's eyes widened after hearing his words. She quickly sat up and held Vikash's shoulder. Vikash clearly could see her eyes were still searching for confirmation.  She didn't believe what he just said. 

" YES… I, DR.VIKASH NAIR, YOUR HUSBAND IS THE ADOPTED CHILD OF THIS FAMILY.  I DON'T KNOW ABOUT MY BIOLOGICAL PARENTS. "

Vikash felt her loose grip on his shoulder and somehow he was also scared and uneasy by her action after hearing his life's biggest truth.

 He quickly held her palm with which she held his shoulder.  " please. . Don't take me wrong Don't misunderstand me. I am a good person. My loyalty does not depend on my blood but my culture and education which my adopted family gave me. You have to…….. "

Before he could finish his sentence, Sannu sealed his lips by hers. " I LOVE YOU. AND ALSO I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. YOU TAKE CARE OF THIS FAMILY VERY WELL. THEY ALL LOVE YOU. AND I….. FROM NOW ON WHAT YOU WILL ASK ME I WILL OBEY YOU WITHOUT ANY QUESTION. I PROMISE TO SUPPORT YOU, NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE FOR ANYONE. FOR YOUR PRIDE AND SELF RESPECT, I CAN DO ANYTHING.  I LOVE YOU. ."

Vikash felt so warm by her words. He quickly hugged her " Thank you. I thought you also hate me like Madhu… "

Sannu was again shocked by his words. She couldn't believe that becoz he is an adopted child Madhu hated him.  Was she out of her mind or uneducated? Can't she see the great success which he earned for her? Just and just for her. She was the reason that he dreamed so big beyond his limits. 

" Then how are they ready to lend money ?" She diverted the conversation again to the last words of the story.

He again laid her on a swing chair and took her feet to his lap and started massaging again. With a satisfactory smile clearly could see on his face and also good confidence too.

" So they denied first. My mother quarrelled with her two brothers. Two, first they forced  Ashok to marry Naina and he accepted their condition. So after that, she said why they made excuses.  After 3 or 4 months of long quarrel and arguments finally, they were convinced.

I was in my 1st-year study for a Master of  Chirurgical. So I chose to stay in a hostel instead of living with my family. Becoz mummy papa constantly forced me that I should run away with Madhu. Mummy's regular quarrels and arguments with her brothers all affect my study concentration. 

But how can I run away with Madhu? She also demanded the same as what her parents said and if I dared to run away with her, it became a matter of humiliation for my parents. So I never accepted that suggestion.  

One day my both uncle's came to find me in the hospital where I was working at that time.  I just came from OPD and was resting in my office. I got a call from reception that my uncles came to meet me. So I quickly left my office and ran to the reception area happily because when their relationship with my family was smooth they never talked to me happily. I also wanted to mix with them just like my siblings. But they never gave me a chance.

I rushed to the reception area of the hospital to welcome them.  I was happy to see them and they both made faces after seeing me. I thought I was looking exhausted or in poor condition, so they looked at me with a weird expression.  Becoz I was on 24 hours duty that day. So my appearance must be horrible.

But they said with a disguised look that they wanted to talk with me on a money lending matter. 

I still was confused. I called my seniors and informed them that I had a family emergency so I had to go for a few hours.  After that, I obediently followed them.

They took me to The Express Hotel, where they were staying. I was astonished by their lifestyle.  First time I realised that my maternal family is so rich. Becoz if they can afford to stay in a 5-star hotel for 1 day staying then their normal lifestyle is also so classy and lavish. 

After entering the room I was going to sit on the sofa but they stopped me .. and then .. then what I heard I never expected in my dreams … Their all words were shattering my heart with thousands of swords. They informed me about my adoption and also said that why my mother quarrelled with them and why they didn't want to put trust in me.

I was crying. Tears constantly rolled down from my eyes but they didn't stop their harsh words. When they finished their insulting words, one of my uncles came forward and grabbed my collar and jerked me. He said that he will give me money but the hospital's all paperwork will be named on Ashok and Vidisha. I will be just trusty. And I am also responsible for repaying the loan which they were going to give me.

After that one of my uncles threw a chaque on my face and said " you son of bitch. .. took this money and signed this papers if you ever try to betray my sister's family or harm her children they will sue me for forgery case. And ruin my career and life. "

I was scared I quickly said NO. I also tried to assure them that I will protect my both siblings and never leave them in any condition. Even I was ready to break up with Madhu  And never marry anyone.

But they stopped me and said I was more intelligent than Ashok and Vidisha. AND they both blindly trusted me. And mummy papa always concerned and worried for me more than their children. So if I am denied marriage then they all will be hurt. So …

They forced me and trapped me emotionally.  I had no choice and accept their conditions.  I took a chaque. It was a 3 crore cheque in my name. And I also signed the papers which they gave me. But they didn't allow me to read. And I also was not in the condition to argue with them. 

I was trapped. 

After that, I returned home. I handed over the cheque to my father and told him to find land and start paper works for the hospital in my name. The hospital name suggested by my mother said it was really a miracle that her beloved son convinced her arrogant brothers.

In 1 year I hospital 's all formality was done and the building was also built.  After that mummy, papa again met Madhu's parents. They were convinced but they put one more condition. 

They said when I completed my neurosurgeon study that year they will hold our marriage. This time I happily accept their condition.  After one year we married. The hospital was also working in a good way. 

Just in 2 years,  my hospital held 18th rank in the state's famous hospital's list. When Astha and Vincy were born that year my hospital ranking jumped from 18th to 7th.

After marriage, I thought Madhu would be happy but I was wrong. She said she needed time to accept me. I was shocked she was still in love with Anil khushwah. But just becoz he betrayed her she accepted me to teach him a lesson.

I was n fooled.  F, IRS,t my mother's brothers fooled me and secretly took my signature on my death certificate. And now   Madhu for her I struggled a lot faced humiliation and took 3 crores from My mother's brothers Now she is also not in love with me. 

I never give up, I try, try, try.. and finally succeed. She accepted me after 1 year and 4 months. Then she got pregnant.  That year I also completed my loan and after that, I found that after repaying the loan Hospital was officially transferred to Ashok and Vidisha.  I am just the head of the department who takes care of the hospital on behalf of the original owners. In the future, if something happens to the hospital then all responsibility will be mine. All losses will be suffered by me. Ashok and Vidisha will not be responsible for any kind of consequences. "

AFTER ANNOUNCING THIS, HE LAUGHED LIKE A MAD MAN.  WHAT A DEAL HE SIGNED FOR PROVING HIS LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY. HE HAS TO WORK HARD AND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS IN FUTURE THEN ALL RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE HIS HE IS NOT THE OWNER OF HIS OWN HOSPITAL. BUT STILL, HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING; EVERY LOSS EVERY CONSEQUENCE.

Sannu 's heart ached after hearing this.  Though there is no debt still the future is always uncertain.  When heavens play with you and you lose all your hard work. There will be no one to his side to support him.

Sannu started crying. Vikash understood that she was scared. He landed on her feet on the floor and stood up from the stool and also helped her to stand up from the chair. 

Then He hugged her tightly and patted her back gently "Sannu.. please honey. Don't worry. Don't be scared. I will handle all the things. that's why I started my own company.  So my family's future will be safe. And if something happens to the hospital then still our family will never face a financial crisis. I will handle both business ownership. Hospital business I am handing over to Vidisha and Ashok. That profit will all transfer to them. And new company.it's all documents on my name and after me, our Aska and you will handle the business. ."

She quickly pushed him away and held his silk shirt's collar  " Don't .. Don't ever say that you will leave me alone. I can't imagine my life without you. if you again will say this type of nonsense then I will kill myself.."

Vikash grabbed her wrist and pulled her to his side. "Ok. I will never and you will also.. we never talk this kind of nonsense. ." 

After a few minutes of hugging they both leave each other and Sannu again raised her head to see his handsome face " then ?"

HE shook his head with a smile and understood she was still curious about the rest of the story. He held her waist from one side and stood near the railing of the balcony. 

" Then … then all was going smoothly. Till delivery day. That day Madhu was suffering from great pain and I was in the hospital.  Ashok, Vidisha and Manit are also busy with their work in the hospital. Naina was in her friend's home. Only my mummy papa and Madhu were at home. 

You can't imagine what kind of mistake she made. She called her parents instead of informing my parents. When her parents came and shouted and started blaming my parents then they knew that Madhu was suffering from labour pain.

When they all took her to the hospital the situation had already become worse. The doctor told them that maybe only one person will be saved. My parents were crying uncontrollably. And you know what her parents took her to a different hospital.   I, DR.VIKASH NAIR, have my hospital, my staff, my brother who is a gynaecologist still took her to a government hospital. 

When I reached .. " Vikash choked with his words. He remembered that day's bitter memory when he lost his love bcoz his parents-in-law didn't put trust in him and their arrogant nature killed his life; his love.

" Sorry.." Sannu understood what he meant to say further. She decided in her mind that now she will never demand to meet Madhu's parents and also never ask this all thing again. 

Because of this sorrowful past, her beloved husband's heart ached. She doesn't want to see him in such a poor condition. 

After finishing the past conversation they both entered the room.  Vikash slept between his daughter and wife. He took those two sleeping beauties in his arms and thought " Sorry...Sandhya. . I hide so much in this story. What I said was half of the story. If I confess what I actually did in the past then you will be scared of me. Maybe you will hate me.  And that thing I never want to face. Madhu betrayed me. I will never forgive her for what she did to me. After marrying you I first understood the difference between love and affection. MADHU WAS MY AFFECTION AND YOU ARE MY LOVE. I LOVE YOU SANDHYA. "

" BUT  PLEASE BE LIKE THIS. A STUPID & AN INNOCENT GIRL. IF YOU WILL BE TRYING TO BE  SMART LIKE MADHU THEN I HAVE TO PUNISH YOU..AND MY PUNISHMENT YOU CANNOT DIGEST. ALWAYS BE OBEDIENT AND CARING TO ME AND MY FAMILY.

 I DON'T LIKE THOSE WHO TRY TO OFFEND ME OR DISOBEY MY WORDS. I NEVER SHOW ANY MERCY ON ANYONE WHETHER THEY ARE MY SIBLINGS,  MY FIRST WIFE AND HER FAMILY OR MY MOTHER'S BROTHERS. I CAN TEACH A GOOD LESSON TO EVERYONE WHEN TIME COMES. . . "
