SYDNEY
It felt as if someone was screaming in my head, yelling as if they were in trouble and desperately needed my help. The sound was pulling me out of the deep sleep I found myself in. It must have been the early hours of the morning or still late at night because it was still dark out when I peeled my eyelids opened.
