Chapter 33 - Liam

10 days to her birthday

Thankfully, everywhere was dark 

"No stopping" Alex said "We have to keep running. His men might be out here"

Even though all of us were still sad about what happened to Darcy and didn't want to leave her in an unknown land, we realized that we do not have an option but to listen to Alex.

After running for half an hour, we slowed down and started working normally.

I was looking at nowhere in particular when I saw something in the air, it was projecting our way, at Liam to be precise.

"Liam!" I called in horror and launched myself at him in order to push him down. The arrow hit a tree and Alex screamed "split up"

I rolled off of Liam instantly and we both got up. We ran in the same direction and came across about two hundred vampires. We were surrounded and there was no way we were winning against them.
