Chapter 125: Blinded by the evil

Beatrice's POV

We came back that night after we conquered the pack. I was still thinking about the deaths of those innocent werewolves, and I can't sleep tonight. I will confront Klint about it. I need to hear his explanation. It would really break my heart if I saw innocent people dying.

I approached Klint when I saw him at the field still talking to his men. He noticed me coming, so he looked at me with his brows furrowed. There was already a smirk which formed on his lips while looking at me.

“What's up, Beatrice?”

Klint was about to touch me when I moved away. I won't allow him to come near me.

“Why are you killing the innocent wolves?”

The smile in Klint's lips faded away after I asked him that. He crossed his arms while still looking at me. I never allow him to startle me just because of how he looked at me. The fact won't change that I will still have to confront him about it. I was also expecting him to get mad because of what I did but then Klint doesn't look pissed. It's as
