Chapter 36: When he is mad

Beatrice's POV

Tobias pulled me out of the ring, leaving his opponent still alive. He didn't kill him. I couldn't describe in words the happiness that I have felt right now. The crowds didn't stop cheering while the host declared the winner of the game as we walked away from that ring. Tobias was announced to be the winner. He would kill his opponent if I didn't stop him and if there's something that I didn't regret, it's about partaking in their game. I was able to stop him from what he was supposed to do.

“You should've not partake in the fight!” Tobias pushed me in the bed after we reached the room. He slammed himself on the couch, taking off the cloth that I use for his wound.

I was about to go up from bed to help him when he pointed his finger in my direction.

“Let me help you.” I suggested but he shook his head. His aura is dark. I know that Tobias was not in the mood right now.

“Stay in the bed, Beatrice. I don't need your help.” I bit the bottom of my lips as he sounded mad
