Chapter Twenty-three
Ella slowly opened her eyes and looked around her. Her eyes widened, seeing she was not in her room. Even if Ella felt a little dizzy, she stood up and went to open the door. She tried twisting the knob, but it was a failure. Ella slumped on the ground and cried hard, knowing it was locked.
"Was it really him? Was it really Mikael who kidnapped me?" she mumbled while sobbing. Ella couldn't believe it; she refused to accept everything. She trusted Mikael as her friend.
Ella heard the door creaked open, and Mikael entered. Her heart broke, seeing him. He is really the one who kidnapped her.
