Logan drives speeding off towards her house. She holds her backpack to her chest looking out the window.
Sophie softly opens the door and gets out the car. "Thank you for the ride." She looks down to the ground and turns on her heel, walking towards the gate to the entrance to her house.
He sighs, placing his car in drive and speeding away.
*****Logan sits on one of his beanbags while Steven sits on the other one. The game console is on full volume as they both tap away fiercely on the controllers.
"So come on man. Tell me! How bad was it to be here studying with Sophie? She didn't try to kill you did she?" Steven chuckles while he continues to play.
Logan sighs and nods his head. "Shut up and focus on the game will you?"
Steven chuckles and nods his head. "That bad huh?"
"Shut it Steven! I mean it." Steven pauses the game and turns his body towards Logan.
"Ok! Spill it man. You've been fucking acting really
Sophie picks her tray of food and makes her way to her usual spot. She sits at the lunch table across from Alexa and Dylan. Troy sitting down next to her.Numerous conversations are heard throughout the cafeteria as students begin to sit and eat next to their friends.Sophie sneezes repeatedly as she makes herself comfortable on her seat, making the three chuckle. "Seriously Soph! You don't look so good today honey. Are you sure you're not coming down with a cold?" Sophie stares at Troy with an annoyed glare."I'm not getting sick. I told you that already." She turns, grabbing her burger and getting ready to take a bite when she suddenly sneezes again.Troy chuckles and nods his head. "Ok! If you say little miss stubborn ass.""So, anyway. Troy? How did it go yesterday with um, you know." Sophie glances at Dylan and cautiously choosing her words. She knows that even though Troy is ready to tell his parents about him, he's still not rea
AUTHOR'S Note: This chapter is dedicated and all chapters referring to Troy and Dylan's relationship is dedicated to all my beautiful LGBTQ friends out there. I can't imagine your struggle, but I do know that everyone deserves to be treated with love and respect. This world would be a better place if we just learned to love, accept, and respect each others differences. mingineee, I LOVE YOU MY FELLOW KING!**********Sophie and Troy walk together towards his car after school. She holds her backpack steady on her back gripping the straps tightly with her hands; Troy gestures her to stop, placing a five dollar bill inside the slot and grabbing two soda cans out the machine for each of them."What? No soda for me? I get it, it's because I'm not long haired and beautiful like Sophie huh?" Dylan startles them, walking
Sophie's POVI can't say I wasn't bummed out about not going home with Troy right now. But I guess he really needed to go home and spend time with his grandma. She truly is an angel. She's amazing, I love all the support she gives Troy. She has always known Troy is gay, and has supported him from the day she found out about it. But I guess it's understandable, she has raised him since he came to this town. She cares alot about him.His parents have never really cared much about anything other than their business and their lavish life. Which was the reason why they made him move here to be with her. They didn't care much about looking after him.I hate everytime they come see him. All they do is make him feel upset and leave him feeling pity and disappointment towards himself. He's been my best friend for as long as I can remember, and I can't imagine him getting hurt by anyone.********I was so worried about him, I didn't even realize when we had ar
It's Friday night. The First game of the season is about to commence in just a few more minutes.Logan stands by his locker, his pants and shin guards on. Shirt and shoulder pads still in the locker.Steven is all set and placing on his left cleat, tying it tightly. Logan can't explain how exciting and nervous he's feeling right now. But then again, he's always nervous before a game.A few guys are laughing and joking on a video Carter is showing them, intriguing the attention from the rest, specially Dylan. He nears the boys, realizing they're watching a video of a kid being bullied for being too feminine; according to them."Hey man, there's nothing funny about this video. It's repulsive that you guys would actually agree that it's ok for a kid to be bullied like that."Carter, holds the phone on his right hand and looks at Dylan, smirking and nodding his head away from him."Man, this kid deserved it. Plain and simple, alright? Serves him
Logan-The crowd cheers on. I could feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins as we made our way out towards the field. The Friday night lights and the loud cheers, mixed with the school band in full blast, fill the air with all its joy.Our school has been undefeated for the past six years under coach Mitchell's long endearing support and coaching tactics. He's by far the best coach there is in all our county. This year, I intend to give it my all and make him proud. He's done so much to help every single one of us. Even Carter, regardless of how much of an ass he is, he's still a great player. One of my best defense if I may add.If it's one thing I love, it's to feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins as the first game jitters fills us; the school spirit can be felt through the air, giving us the monumental feel, urging us to plummit into giving it our best.I slowly make my way out through the hallway and stand in the m
LoganThe week went by awfully slow for me. Though I still get to see Sophie in class and after school for our project, it wasn't the same for me to say how nervous I was at this point. I'm on my way to pick her up for our first date.Yes, I know, I'm an asshole for tricking her into making her go to a date with me amidst the result of a bet. . . . but, can you blame me? Just look at her, she's gorgeous, and I'm not just talking about her physically! She's beautiful inside and out.I am sitting on my car, a total nervous wreck right now if I may add. I have never been this nervous about anything in my life. Not even when we have gone up to play for the championship games for our school; and believe me, it gets intense out there.I was just about to get out of my car to knock on her door, when I see her opening the gate and coming out to meet me. I quickly got out my car and opened the doo
SophieI'd be lying to you if I said I wasn't scared out of my mind going home at this moment. I spent an unforgettable night with Logan. Nothing to be ashamed of, and I am beyond impressed with how much of a gentleman he proved himself to be. I guess I really did under estimated him. There's a lot I still have to learn about him. And needless to say, he's becoming a person that roams through my thoughts more frequent than I'd like to admit it for myself. I had forgotten completely to check my phone. I took numerous pictures of our date. . . Did I really just say that?We really did have a date didn't we?I can't help but smile as I look back and reminisce on all the beautiful details he made. From the food, to how he decorated the place, to the way he behaved himself with me. The food was amazing, the dessert was amazing, the movies were amazing. . . and yes, HE was amazing. The whole way back to the car and the ride home, he held my
SophieThe night came, and after we had finally done all the errands and chores we promised my parents and Troy's grandma, we got an opportunity to get ready for the party.Logan had already texted me a few times asking if I was going to show up. Sending me cute puppy faces of himself and pleading for me to go.Troy was eager to go because well, it's a small town. Most high schoolers go to the parties when there is one. Which for Troy, it meant that Dylan was going to be there."T, you need to be upfront with him. You need to tell him how you feel. Stop hiding it from him." I said as I ran my fingers through my hair, standing in front of him.He buttoned his shirt in a nice teal blue that looks so good on him. He wore dark jeans and black vans."Oh, look who's talking!? Who was sucking face just earlier today, but doesn't quite. . . what did you call it? Doesn't know what to cal
