Chapter 85

Samantha POV

I gasped as we made our way into the ballroom for the first time. My mom made sure to keep everything a secret. The only thing I had the opportunity to be a part of was the colour scheme. The rest was all my mother and some of the employees. I didn't even have the chance to pick the food.

There were white centre pieces with splashes of red and black all around. When you look up to the ceiling there are glass bottles filled with tea lights. The plates were red and black. The centrepieces had white, black and red flowers.

The candles give a soft glow to the room. On each table, there are two lanterns which only brighten up the place even more.

Ate and I made our way to the bride's table. The plates here have a gold rim around them. There are also three flower centrepieces, with the lanterns placed between them.

The bride's table was placed in such a way that we were facing the guests.

We sat down and waited for the rest of the wedding guests to be seated.
