Chapter 49: An Encounter To Remember

It was a month later and a new day in the life of Eleanor. She had spent quite a while living and adapting to the new city and life with a new member and environment. At first she thought it would be very difficult for her to settle down, however as time flew and she grew on her grandfather and the maids of the house, she actually began to like her new life.

With a usual morning routine done, it was another day of school. Eleanor sat in her usual place in the classroom with a sigh. Although it had been a month since she attended school, she did not really make a lot of friends.

It was not something she thought about much initially but later, she would wonder what life would have been if she had had a few friends. She would want to try it out but her shy personality always got in the way, causing her to retract and spend time all by herself.
