Nahamani acted on impulse and ran towards the door. Gadreel went after her but Lucifer brought out his hand, stopping him. She tried telekinesis again and her head started to hurt. She screamed as she fell to the ground. Lucifer and the others watched her struggle and fail to open the door every time.
"I think a wise person would have known by now after so many attempts that the door cannot be opened". He said mockingly. She turned to him with a glare but Lucifer still had an amused smile plastered on his face.
"Let me out". She demanded. Lucifer shook his head.
"Why should I. The one thing that is keeping you here, you refused to give to me". He said. She scoffed.
"You will kill me if I do". Why was he enjoying playing her like this?

"THEY DID WHAT?" Kemuel yelled. Michael and Lucifer were standing with him, both of their hands crossed. Lucifer stared at the key with so much admiration. This was the moment he had been waiting for and now his supremacy was closer than ever. He stared at Nahamani. His eyes had returned to its normal color and they were sparkling in excitement. The angel he was staring at however ,was not as excited as he was. LUCIFER'S BANE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT
Lucifer was in the same room with Adriel and Gadreel and they were all silent, each of them deep in their own thoughts. Lucifer had kept Nahamani back in the white room after making her unconscious so the white room wouldn't make her mad. She still had the keys but he knew she had no other choice but to give it to him. If Lucifer wanted, he could wake her up, open the forbidden door and take the sword and that will be all. Lucifer was dancing in his chambers, humming to himself. Once in a while, he will twirl and laugh then continue to sway left and right. He was happy because everything was falling to place. LUCIFER'S BANE SUPERIOR
The arena was filled with every angel in the heavens but unlike the first time, it was dead silent. No one was as enthusiastic as they were before. Everyone was tensed up, Lucifer was going to pick ten of them at random and they all knew deep down that he was not going to make the games as easy as they were before.After a long period of silence, Lucifer made an appearance with Adriel, Gadreel and shockingly to everyone else, Nahamani. Carshena stood up from her sit as she saw her checking her to see if she was okay. Nahamani gave her a slight nod that eased her temporarily. Her gaze then shifted to Lucifer and she glared at him. Lucifer came to stand in front of the arena, still holding Nahamani on his arm. His golden eyes scanned the entire arena. He saw that every angel was terrified and it made him happy. This is how a ruler should be."Angels! It is my great pleasure to announce the names of the contestants of this tournament. You should consider yourself worthy".
LUCIFER'S BANE MASTER AND STUDENT
The next thing the angels saw were two large angels coming at each other with full force. The impact of their collision created a large bang that shook the pillars of the arena making the angels gasp in shock and fear. Michael intended to make the first move by swinging at Lucifer's face but Lucifer was already ahead of him. He blocked his arm and gave him an uppercut, sending Michael flying to the other side of the arena. Some angels winced at the impact while Gadreel and Adriel smiled subtly. There was no way Michael can beat Lucifer, he was going to die at the end of the day.Michael stood up immediately much to everyone's surprise. He had collected a lot of blows and hits from Lucifer before so he was used to it. He didn't really have a plan other than to try to hit Lucifer as hard as possible to weaken him, but even that seemed impossible because Lucifer had never shown weakness. He was so engrossed in his thoughts, he didn't notice that Lucifer was running towards him.
LUCIFER'S BANE RETALIATION
The angels in heaven were silent, except for Michael whose low groans could be heard echoing throughout the arena. They were waiting patiently for the large smiling angel to make a move. Lucifer removed the key from his neck and admired it. Finally, he had everything he wanted. All those times of scheming and dealing with the angels insubordination were over. His eyes went round the arena, eyeing the quivering angels then right before their eyes, he disappeared.He reappeared right in front of the very door he was banned from. he felt like the door knew he was the winner of the tournament because when he placed the key into the hole, it disappeared and the door opened. The floors that were surrounded by flames were now free and the sword was no longer out of reach. Lucifer's eyes widened, he couldn't believe his plan worked. LUCIFER'S BANE HEAVEN IS SHAKEN
The cries of war filled Lucifer's ears immediately. A horde of angels came after his subjects, their swords and spears clashing with one another's. The archers from atop the arena did not hesitate to shoot their arrows at unexpected opponents and soon after golden dust began to fill the air. Lucifer smiled broadly. He knew his angels had more advantage over the warriors of heaven, he had no fear. Instead of joining in the fight, he simply went to sit beside Michael's body which had not moved from its place. Surprisingly, he was still conscious but his hand was slowly withering away. Any angel that attempted to come at Lucifer did not even make it pass the center of the arena as Lucifer's allies struck them down with haste.The cherub pretended as though the sounds of the angel's cry was but a lullaby and focused his attention on Michael, who was glaring with all his might.
