AUTHOR'S NOTE 2
Hi guys!
I am done with the first part which is Lucifer's fall story. Like I said in the first author's note, this part was only to give you a head start of what was to going to happen later on. You can't skip it or else you will miss important parts of the story and you may be confused. Imagine the first twenty seven chapters as a flashback in a movie lol. The main story is about to start and we'll still get to see Lucifer again. I will be using Hebrew a lot in the story but I will leave translations below. Please also remember that parts of the things that happened in the book did not really happen in the bible, it's from my head but that doesn't mean I will stray away from the main events that took place. I am only using my imagination to create events that could possibly fit into the whole thing, if you get what I am saying. Azaliah tapped her foot lightly on the golden floors in anxiousness. A part of her lips were in between her teeth and her fingers were twirling around each other behind her back. She often shook her head sideways whenever her hair decided to make its way close to her mouth. Despite all these efforts to calm herself, Azaliah felt even more stressed under the intense gaze of her guardian and more so under the gaze of every other angel in the hall. All eyes were on her, and it baffled the angel that for something as small as sneaking away and putting her life in danger, they took it way too seriously.Or perhaps maybe it isn’t that small.After a long moment of intense gazes and heavy breaths, Nahamani sighed and adjusted her self on her throne before speaking.“I don’t know what to say”. “I can’t believe you still won’t let her fight”.“I can’t believe you will go against my orders and let her fight, if I had not appeared on time you--”“Hey now, she appeared on her own I didn’t call her. The threat released from Beth’s lips made Aleph to even tighten the hold on the jar the more, then he gulped in fear. Beth sighed and focused her attention once again on Azaliah. She showed no sign that she was disturbed that she had found her here, in fact her expression showed that she did not want to be disturbed.“About what?” She asked.“You’ll have to follow me”. *FLASHBACKDarkness. That was all he saw, all he felt. He didn’t know how many years had passed but he knew it had been very long since the day he turned against heaven. He and his subordinates were spending their days in the void. He had never heard of it, he didn’t even know it existed until his arrival here. Lucifer closed his eyes,an action he took whenever the noises of his subordinates became too much for him.He knew what they were facing. Somehow, the most high was able to torture their minds in addition to the darkness, it was horrible but Lucifer was getting used to it. Unlike the others, the darkness was his safe place. He was becoming one with the void and the only thing that made him irritated was the noises that came out of the other angels mouths.Why couldn’t they be stronger? Azaliah wiggled her feet slowly on the waters in the fountain. She watched the ripples intently even though her mind was on something far more important. And scary.She sighed and used her hands to cover herself in fear.Kill Lucifer? Lucifer? Her? She? Of all people they had to choose her. When she said she wanted to know her purpose, she was sure she referred to doing certain tasks in heaven like her guardian Nahamani or even Aleph not go and kill over a billion years old spirit. Who was evil by the way.What in God’s kingdom will make them come up with something like that?And why her? What happened to Michael or Beth? What happened to the warriors in heaven that have at least fought a demon?The thoughts kept swirling in her head and her eyes were so fixed on the water that she didn’t hear Aleph approach. Azaliah admired his golden hair which had become longer than before, she also admired his face. It had a definite structure to it that made him look like a warrior but then, whenever he glanced at her or looked around confused, he then had an innocent look.They both walked in silence. Azaliah admired him while he struggled to keep calm under her gaze. After a while, they reached the training grounds. The area was covered with angels, practicing for the tournament. Azaliah took her eyes of Michael and focused on the angels that swung their swords, threw their spears and daggers, shot arrows and used their fists on one another. Michael was relieved she no longer stared at him like he came from another world.But then he started to study her. He remembered the shock on his face when he saw her for the first time lying on the floor, not having a single care in her world. FLASHBACK 4Lucifer stared for a long time at his hands in shock, and it was definitely not because of the scrawny look of his hands. The creature that had humiliated him before his subjects had long since walked past him and now he was busying himself with the items on the trees. One by one he would pick them and throw some into his mouth and others he will put in a large leaf, probably storing them for later.Those things were edible?! NO! It’s this creature that has lost its mind. Why would he put substances of a tree in his mouth? Why will he put anything there at all?Those were thoughts that surrounded his head when he had finally faced the creature with his eyes in the right order.
