Nathan:
I woke up to the sun hitting my eyes.
Frowning in confusion, I opened my eyes trying to take in my surrounding, only to be surprised when I saw my mate laying in my arms, peacefully curled up and asleep, her head laying on my chest while my arm was wrapped around her, a pillow under my head.
How we had ended up in that state was a question that I couldn’t answer, as the last thing I remembered was us stargazing, me playing with Kiara’s hair until I felt her breathing even then…

Hearing her breathing pattern change, I chuckled when she pushed herself off my body and rubbed her eyes from sleep as she realized that she had slept in my chamber, well on my veranda if I was being more specific, rather than her own chamber.
