Nathan woke up from what he would consider a short nap. He had felt her give way, and then he collapsed himself. Though he knew he had to get to the office, he didn’t want to leave her right after he had married her. He kissed her cheek. “I love you, honey.” He said, and she smiled in her sleep and blinked her eyes open. “I have to go in and deal with my father; otherwise, I would stay at home in bed with you all day.”
“I know.” She said as she smiled at him. “Come home when you can.”
“I will.” He said, and he got up and went to get dressed in one of his suits. He would at least look the part when he got there. He honestly didn’t know how his father was going to be this morning. Not many people told him no. He had not only done that he acted impulsively and married Kathleen. This was going to be an interesting morning meeting.

Days turned into weeks. It seemed the day was never going to come. Nathan learned to adjust his favorite practices, so they would not put her or the baby in jeopardy. Nathan and Christian Akechi stood in front of the house they lived in with their parents and siblings. The darkness of the night was surrounding them as Nathan gripped his shoulder where the injury was. He didn’t want to do anything but go inside. He knew his parents would flip out if they knew he got hurt. His mother Sophia would call out the doctor, and everything would blow up from there.He shook his head as he looked at his younger brother. “You can’t tell anyone about this.”Christian looked at him and shook his head. “You know I won’t say anything unless I am asked straight out.
