The heart has a way of healing itself. No matter how bruised, or broken ; our ability to love even when it hurts helps with the healing processes. Everything heals eventually;

physically or emotionally .To know that you are loved is the best feeling ever. You were either held by someone in your darkest hour , meant something to someone when you felt like nothing or you gave love and melted a heart of ice . Fact is you opened up your heart to love.

We all have reasons as to why we do what we do or react in certain situations. Life happens we can't control it ; how we respond and react can make a difference .
