    And crazy it may sound, but I'm hopelessly waiting for him to crack a joke. Baka kasi biglang sabihin nito na 'Oy joke lang naniwala ka naman'. I'm waiting for that to happened but I'm waiting for nothing.

    "I'm dead serious here, Brittany. That's my offer take it or leave it. But you don't have to answer me right away, I'll give you an ampule time to think this through," And he give me his crooked smile. "For the meantime, let's eat. I'm famished." And he starts to dig in.
