Chapter 97

Rose played with her fingers nervously.

She waited for the mangar to give his response. She hoped he says yes.

"Okay. You can join from tomorrow." The manager replied and Rose's eyes widen in surprise.

"Thank you!" She said.

The manager told her about the timing of her work and the salary she will get.

Rose nodded and confirmed that she will join from tomorrow.

She than went towards Chris.

"I got the job Chris!" Rose said in excitement.

"That's amazing flower." Chris said but he wasn't happy with her choice of job. Heck! He doesn't even wants her to work in the first place.

He can look after her's and Buddy's expenses. Rose is the Queen and this is the least he can do for her. He would feel grateful that he got the chance to serve the Queen.

"We should go back now. It's getting late." Chris said. It was starting to get dark.

Rose nodded. She turned towards Buddy and said, "Buddy go back to apartment. Stay in our room and don't make any noise, okay?"
