"When will Zach return Vlad?" Rose said to Vladimir. Her lips forming in a adorable pout.

"Love he has gone for just 20 minutes." Vladimir said rolling his eyes at her.

Although inside he is happy that she is caring to enough to worry about Zachariah.

She might not know it right now, but is getting effected by them. Slowly but surely.

The mate bond is doing it's magic on her. The mate bond will work on her even if she is a human. She will feel things for them, she will care for them and but she won't fall in love with them because of the mate bond.

She, herself needs to fall in love with them. The mate bond will trigger her feelings but falling in love because of mate bond is not possible.

The mate bond provides a path to the mates but they need to walk on the path in order to fall in love with their partners.
