The cafe that we went to is the same one where I first met Romeo. That was because it was the nearest one in the area and Xander was getting impatient and kept on complaining about how he did not want to waste any more time.
As we got to the cafe, all his complaints were gone as he absorbed the antique ambiance of the shop and the smell of freshly brewed coffee.
“Good, right?” I asked Xander as I watch him trying out the coffee that I ordered for him.
He took one little sip and I immediately saw his brows starting to crease. “Why does it have a sort of sugary flavor?”
