Mira's eyes fluttered open. However, she was instantly looking at Azarias, who was also looking at her. She raised her eyebrow and smiled.
Azarias did the same. He smiled and ruffled her hair lovingly, reaching out further to embrace her. They didn't even care about the eyes looking at them as if expecting a good drama.
Mira changed her position. She now had her back leaning against Azarias's sturdy chest. She went back closing her eyes, ignoring Jason as if he didn't even exist.
From the corner of Azarias's mouth, a subtle smirk formed. He glanced at Jason with a provoking gaze.
Arlan and Josh, who were in the middle of playing basketball, nearly run into each other. They stopped what they were doing and walked to their friends.
