Chapter SEVENTEEN: Second Chance
"Now that we are back and it seems that everyone is finished with dinner, lets move to the ballroom for the night of your lives." I said over the crowd. I watched as they got up to disperse out of the door moving across the hall. I stepped down and I noticed my mate hanging back. So I approched him.
"How are you fairing this evening Jason?" I asked with a smile.
He returned it making me swoon, "Okay I guess, Alpha Minerva. Being in a room full of werewolves I do not know is different."
