“Michael is keeping me alive because he is sentimental,” Torvald chuckled.

“You laugh about it when you should be grateful,” Paris said in disbelief.

“Grateful? I am locked up,” Torvald spat.

“Because my brother made me promise to obey him in exchange for my life and after that promise, he told me I am not allowed to compel anyone,” Torvald said and sat on his usual spot.
