Chapter 78: A New Goal

"Do you want some coffee?" Noah asked as soon as we entered the waiting area.

"Yes please. I want to alive and not look like a dead zombie all day," I naged. 

"Be right back miss," he said with a smile and disappeared down the hall.

I was now left alone with me and my thoughts. Thankfully, my thoughts weren't self doubting my actions anymore. They were now clouded with all the things happened at the company. I was briefing down everything regarding to the company in my mind because I needed to tell Noah the details.

Out of a sudden, I had a sudden urge to check the time and I remembered that I had a phone too. I quickly grabbed it from my pocket and powered it on. The phone started buzzing with the series of messages as soon as the screen opened. I was a bit taken back by it, but I quickly checked the time and battery.
